Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation policy for Zenguard Headquarters products and services under Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applies to all paid products and services offered by Zenguard Headquarters Private Limited and its subsidiaries.

2. EazyDropshipping

Subscription Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for annual plans are available within 14 days of purchase if no store has been published. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent future charges. Store Setup Services: Custom setup services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Marketplace Products: Refund eligibility for products purchased through EazyDropshipping stores is governed by individual store policies set by merchants.

3. Zenguard Markets

Platform Access Fees: Subscription fees for premium features are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Trial periods are available for new users. Data Services: Fees paid for market data, analytics, or research tools are non-refundable. Technical Issues: If you experience platform downtime exceeding 48 hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit.

4. Zenguard Funding

Challenge/Evaluation Fees: Fees paid for funded account evaluations and challenges are non-refundable once the evaluation has commenced. If you have not started your evaluation within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. Reset Fees: Account reset fees are non-refundable. Profit Payouts: Approved profit payouts are processed within 14 business days.

5. Zenguard Wallets

Transaction Fees: Fees charged for completed transactions (transfers, conversions) are non-refundable. Unauthorized Transactions: If you report an unauthorized transaction within 48 hours, we will investigate and process a reversal if applicable, in compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Software Products (ZenCoder, Labiba AI, etc.)

Subscription Software: You may cancel at any time. Refunds for annual plans are available within 14 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but will not renew upon cancellation. Lifetime Licenses: Refund requests for lifetime license purchases are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided usage has been minimal.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@zenguardhq.com with the following information: Your full name and registered email address. Product/service name and purchase date. Order/transaction ID. Reason for refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

8. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be provided in cases of: Violation of our Terms of Service. Fraudulent activity or misuse of our services. Requests made outside the applicable refund window. Services that have been fully consumed or utilized.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. For unresolved disputes, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
